New: Artec 3D presents software Artec Studio 14, professional scanner Micro, turntable Artec Turntable and remote app for the long-range laser scanner Ray
Artec 3D, a leading global developer and manufacturer of professional 3D hardware and software, will showcase its full range of state-of-the-art 3D scanning solutions at formnext 2019 from November 19 to 22 in Frankfurt: One mobile 3D scanner per area of application - from fingerprints to jets - the latest version of the in-house 3D software Artec Studio and the fully automatic turntable Artec Turntable. The hand-held scanners Eva, Leo, Space Spider and the long-range scanner Ray will be complemented this year by the new Artec Micro. With the new solutions, the focus will be further directed towards quality control and acceleration of the workflow when capturing and processing scans.

Artec Micro: New professional scanner for quality control
Artec Micro is an ultra-precise 3D desktop professional scanner for industrial use and is particularly suitable for small machine parts, but also for jewellery or dental prostheses. The fully automatic scanner is equipped with a state-of-the-art double camera and starts with a mouse click. It generates high-resolution 3D colour scans with a point accuracy of up to ten microns; this corresponds to one tenth the size of a grain of salt.
