Dassault Systèmes (Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA) announces the launch of new 3DEXPERIENCE WORKS solutions that provide SOLIDWORKS users with a connected, integrated and automated way to optimize their creative process and save time and money.

The new solutions -Standard, Professional, and Premium- include standard, professional, and premium SOLIDWORKS applications that are installed, licensed, and updated on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, with the data stored therein. With this connection, SOLIDWORKS customers use the same desktop applications they've trusted for years to design and build new customer experiences, all while benefiting from the advantages of a digital platform: greater collaboration, integrated and easy-to-use data management, automatic software updates, and flexible access to the latest project data, available immediately from a single location.

Scalable solutions also include 3D Creator and 3D Sculptor - the next generation of design applications that work in any browser and from any location - and allow users to extend and enhance what they can do with SOLIDWORKS by choosing from dozens of powerful 3DEXPERIENCE WORKS applications and using only those they need to do their jobs. Users can explore all the services offered by the platform and become leaders in digital transformation for their companies.

"Clients want to do more than just design. They want to have a realistic experience of the products they manufacture. This requires better design, simulation, governance, management, manufacturing and, most importantly, collaboration with the entire value chain. Our goal is to provide customers with more options that fit their business needs, so we have made it easy for them to benefit from and explore 3DEXPERIENCE WORKS," says Gian Paolo Bassi, CEO of SOLIDWORKS, a business unit of Dassault Systèmes. "With our new solutions, SOLIDWORKS users have access to the powerful desktop applications they already know and appreciate, with enormous additional value. On the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, everything and everyone involved in the conceptualization, design, simulation, manufacturing, sales and service processes are connected and integrated in a continuous cycle. Of course, our SOLIDWORKS customers can continue to purchase the standalone desktop version of SOLIDWORKS if they prefer, but our new user-centric option will free up time to think, create, and achieve results. We are already working on other similar solutions for education and startups that will also add value to them.
