New Dassault Systèmes brand OUTSCALE offers independent and sustainable Trusted Business Experience as a Service

- OUTSCALE extends the offering from providing Infrastructure as a Service to operating three tiers of Experience Cloud, promoting digital autonomy. This ensures unified cyber governance.
- Holistic collaborative environments are combined with data science, the use of virtual twins and process modelling. The new cloud ecosystem will focus on creating new business processes and take cyber governance into account.

Dassault Systèmes (Euronext Paris: FR0014003TT8, DSY.PA) is establishing itself as a leading independent and sustainable provider of Trusted Cloud services. Dassault Systèmes' OUTSCALE cloud brand offering will now include independent environments for Trusted Business Experience as a Service, in addition to reliable, highly scalable Infrastructure as a Service. With this expansion, Dassault Systèmes is strengthening OUTSCALE's market position as a strategic, independent cloud partner for public institutions and companies from all industries.
As a result, the company is driving digital autonomy with three cloud tiers:
a dedicated cloud for independent collaboration in the customer's area of responsibility,
a private cloud for trusted collaboration in a shared legal and fiscal environment, and
an international cloud for secure collaboration.
OUTSCALE will help users achieve superior success with the help of virtual twins. This will enable them to leverage cutting-edge data science, break down silos and pool expertise within their organisation and ecosystem - from market analytics and cost optimisation to human resource management, innovation support, asset intelligence and service quality assurance. Dassault Systèmes benefits from its 40 years of experience in numerous industries and segments. OUTSCALE's portfolio leverages this expertise to host its own platforms in a scalable cloud and accelerate enterprises' transition to the cloud.
OUTSCALE is expanding its cloud ecosystem to evolve business processes and ensure cyber governance. Dassault Systèmes has therefore announced the first alliance for a European independent cloud that takes country-specific governance requirements into account. The venture is supported by a joint venture with Banque des Territoires, Docaposte (a digital subsidiary of the French La Poste group) and Bouygues Telecom.
Laurent Seror, the founder of OUTSCALE, will continue to serve on the board. Philippe Miltin has been appointed CEO of OUTSCALE. He has more than 20 years of experience in the digital economy, and most recently worked at Atos. He will primarily focus on the development and sales of OUTSCALE's portfolio of turnkey cloud solutions. Arnaud Bertrand will be the new Senior Vice President of Research and Development at OUTSCALE. With more than 20 years of experience in Big Data and High Performance Computing - most recently at Bull - Arnaud Bertrand will lead OUTSCALE's research and development teams.
"Our strategy for OUTSCALE and our offering are unique in the industry. We have 40 years of experience in the industry, which enables us to deliver an end-to-end, independent cloud offering that is closely linked to our customers' core business. At the same time, we enable them to derive value from data at multiple levels," said Pascal Daloz, COO of Dassault Systèmes. "With a dedicated and experienced leadership team, OUTSCALE will become our customers' trusted partner of choice."
