The German Packaging Institute e. V. (dvi) is extending the deadline for submissions to the German Packaging Award until 31 May 2022. The new deadline applies to all ten award categories. The largest European showcase for packaging covers all material types and is open to innovations and new solutions from home and abroad. It is held under the patronage of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action

The new Smart Packaging Centre (SPC) features a demonstration suite for packaging automation and a dedicated packaging design studio.

Opinry has scooped first prize in the 2021 European Graphics Arts Hackathon, beating over 100 other participants from more than 16 teams from markets including Benelux, Germany, Scandinavia, Estonia and the US.
