The Starway program which awards client loyalty is brought to life

A new star has been born at Pixartprinting, or rather a new galaxy. This is Starway, the exclusive loyalty program designed for recognising and awarding loyalty. Metaphorically compared to high energy heavenly bodies, Pixartprinting customers chosen for their number and value of orders will benefit from a privileged shopping experience through exclusive perks and dedicated customer care services (UserHub), with guaranteed priority assistance.

The marketing project was designed as an award scheme to be addressed to top customers who have reached certain targets in terms of value and number of orders. Completely transparent, the Starway program is accurately described in the dedicated online section, where it is possible to find out more about requirements for access, benefits for each membership level, terms and conditions and an FAQ. A welcome pack will be sent to top customers, containing an explanatory brochure for the programme, a membership card with the log in data in order to benefit from exclusive perks and the first gift.
