Shopko and Eagle Graphics Partner to Donate More Than $35,000 to Local High Schools

Shopko and Eagle Graphics are proud to announce that together they have donated $35,525 to local high schools during 2013.

Shopko and Eagle Graphics, an apparel and promotional product decorator, first announced their partnership in March of 2012 with Eagle Graphics serving as the exclusive manufacturer of high school sprit wear to Shopko Hometown stores.

The partnership included a commitment to donate a percentage of the royalties from the sale of the logoed apparel and other merchandise to the local high schools located in Shopko Hometown communities. Over the past two years, Shopko and Eagle Graphics have donated $88,498 to local high schools.

"There is a high degree of school pride in these communities as evidenced by the overwhelmingly positive response to our line of high school spirit wear," said Peter McMahon, CEO Shopko. "This has been a great partnership on so many levels in that our customers have access to high quality merchandise that demonstrates their school pride, and with every purchase they make, a portion of the sale goes back to support their local high school. This is just one more way Shopko is committed to supporting schools in the communities where we do business and we look forward to adding more schools to this line of merchandise in the future."

The high school spirit merchandise is currently carried in 181 Shopko Hometown stores and benefits 186 high schools.
