Baumer hhs, through its subsidiary Baumer hhs India, is now expanding sales and service support in Southeast Asia for its long-standing, Singapore-based partner Mac-Craft Pte. Ltd. “As in other regions, the requirements imposed on performance, quality and reliability in industrial glue application have increased continuously over the years in Southeast Asia, too. Against this backdrop, demand has risen steadily in this region for premium glue application and quality assurance solutions. The close cooperation between Mac-Craft and Baumer hhs India strengthens our already very good position in these growth markets. Baumer hhs India was established in 2007 and since then Baumer hhs has continuously expanded this location as a sales and service competence centre for the Near East, South Asia and the Arabian Peninsula. In October 2019, the team in Pune in western India, which has grown to 14 employees, will be relocating to a new building with a total of 1,500 m2 of space. The modern site includes offices and a warehouse with a wide range of spare parts and a supply of standard systems. Services for our customers are rounded out by a fully equipped repair shop. In addition to India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, Baumer hhs India through its Pune office supports customers in countries such as Bahrain, Yemen, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Syria and the United Arab Emirates. Joining these countries now are the growth nations of both Mainland and Maritime Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
