Compart is once again one of the top employers in the medium-sized business sector. This is the result of a study conducted by the business magazine FOCUS-Business in cooperation with the Kununu evaluation platform. This is the second time since 2019 that the globally active provider of software for omnichannel customer communication has been one of the most attractive companies in the IT industry in Germany.
The study analyzed more than 900,000 companies and around four million employee ratings on Kununu. From this, the study identified 3,400 top medium-sized employers in 35 sectors with headquarters in Germany. The final ranking is based on a points score (between 100 and 200) calculated from two factors: the average rating and the number of ratings on Kununu - based on the number of employees. This ensures that only companies with similar framework conditions are compared. The cut-off date for the survey was 9 April 2019.
According to FOCUS-Business, top employers are those with an average rating of at least 3.5 stars (scale from 1 to 5) and a recommendation rate of 70 percent or more.
Compart, headquartered in Böblingen, Germany, employs people from more than 20 nations and is characterized by, among other things, targeted personnel development.
