Felix Schoeller Group 2020 with new organisational structure

A new organisational structure came into force at the Felix Schoeller Group on 01.01.2020. The new organisation follows the steps towards internationalisation that the company has increasingly taken in recent years. With global production facilities in Germany, North America, China, Russia and India, the specialty paper manufacturer headquartered in Osnabrück, Germany, is now giving more responsibility to the regions. The Felix Schoeller Group's management has been restructured.

"The Felix Schoeller Group is not only a globally active company, but also a globally manufacturing company with production facilities around the world," says Hans-Christoph Gallenkamp, CEO of the Felix Schoeller Group. "In order to act quickly and efficiently on an international scale, we have reduced the number of European managers and added international governors," says Gallenkamp, explaining the decision.
In future, Hans-Christoph Gallenkamp will fill not only his position as CEO of the Group but also that of CSO. He will thus assume the ultimate responsibility for sales.
The Felix Schoeller Group's Executive Board continues to comprise Matthias Breimhorst, who as a new member of the Executive Board will be responsible for the role of CFO, Georg Haggenmüller as COO and Stephan Igel as CSO EMEA. In addition, the Executive Board is formed by the new regional managers Mr. Michael Szidat as CEO for North America and Mr. Peter Cornelißen as Vice CEO in China.
Guido Hofmeyer and Gerhard Hochstein have stepped down from the Felix Schoeller Group Executive Board. Both gentlemen continue to serve as Managing Directors of Schoeller Technocell GmbH&Co.KG - Mr. Hofmeyer as CIO, Mr. Hochstein as CTO of the central technical departments.
