Image Access is writing this to inform you of the Image Access GmbH Europe and the Image Access LP USA status regarding the COVID-19 situation.
Image Access Headquarters in Europe: Production is up and running until April 3rd. We will be on two weeks of planned company holidays starting on the 6th of April and we will reopen April 20th. We started to take extensive sanitizing steps as early as the 9th of March and all employees keep a distance of 1.5 meters / 4.5 feet minimum. A full travel ban for employees and a ban on all but essential visitors has been imposed on the 16th of March and will last until the 20th of April. We follow all guidelines set out by the WHO and the local authorities.

Image Access LP in the USA: At this time, we are remaining open and taking orders, along with providing technical support. We are taking additional precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the virus through our shipments. We have implemented a sanitization process for each shipment that we receive and ship. Also, we are still available anytime for Web meetings and phone support, as needed. This can include, product training, technical training and online live equipment demonstrations. We will continue to keep you updated on any changes that Image Access LP will incur, due to the recommendations and guidelines set out by the WHO, the CDC and governing parties.
