Start of training at SPRINTIS

SPRINTIS relies on junior staff from its own ranks

On 1 September 2020, seven new trainees will start at SPRINTIS. In the training year 2020 / 2021, the online mail order company will employ a total of 17 trainees in different areas.

All of them will complete their training at the company's headquarters in Würzburg. The international wholesaler is currently training its qualified junior staff in the following occupations: Chamber of Industry and Commerce, wholesale and export clerks, office management clerks, warehouse logistics specialists, digital and print media designers, e-commerce clerks and IT specialists.
"We are looking forward to our new committed trainees who will strengthen our team. For the first time this year we are training an e-commerce merchant. As a relatively young, continuously growing company, we are dependent on well-qualified junior staff, whom we prefer to fill from our own ranks. It is fun to carefully introduce young people to working life, to qualify them and to give them prospects for a successful professional future," says Christian Schenk, Managing Director of SPRINTIS Schenk GmbH & Co. KG.
The high take-over rate of currently 98% is the result of a trusting and appreciative cooperation during the training. Continuous professional development afterwards is gladly encouraged. Fun and well-being are also very important to the family business. The newly built SPRINTIS Business & Beach Campus offers, among other things, an extraordinary leisure area for sports and activities.
The first day of training is a special in-house event. An attractive programme awaits the newcomers. In a relaxed atmosphere they get to know each other and make first contacts with their colleagues. In a workshop they receive information about their future professional life and organisational topics. In this way, they are given the opportunity to orientate themselves and slowly arrive at their professional lives. We wish all new trainees a good start.
This year they will start their professional life at SPRINTIS:
- Christina Gütling (Trainee to become a certified commercial specialist)
- Jana Müller (Trainee to become a certified retail specialist)
- Senem Yilmaz (Management Assistant in Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management, specialising in wholesale trade)
- Mara Beucke (Management assistant in wholesale and foreign trade management, specialising in wholesale)
- Noah Mergen (e-commerce merchant)
- Mohammad Yazan Rashwani (IT specialist - specialising in application development)
- Marjan Vidovic (IT specialist - specialisation system integration)
