Epson to Invest in Space Robot Development Startup GITAI

Seiko Epson Corporation (TSE: 6724, "Epson") and its subsidiary Epson X Investment Corporation will subscribe in the third-party allocation of sales for GITAI Inc., a startup company developing general-purpose space robots, and invest in the company through their EP-GB Investment Limited Partnership.


Appointments to Arkema’s Board of Directors and changes in corporate governance

2020 full year results - Bobst Group with strong second half and good overall financial results for full year 2020

Bobst Group’s 2020 full year figures were severely impacted by Covid-19 lockdowns.
Sales dropped to CHF 1.372 billion from CHF 1.636 billion in 2019 with important negative FX impact (CHF -63 million).
Operating result (EBIT) at CHF 44 million (CHF 81 million in 2019).
Net result at CHF 17 million (CHF 53 million in 2019).
Outstanding cash inflow from operating activities of CHF 160 million (CHF 55 million in 2019).
Net debt position of CHF 59 million in 2019 turned into a net cash position of CHF 4 million in 2020.
No dividend proposed in 2021 (CHF 1.50 in 2020).
2020 order entries 4% lower than in 2019 but significant improvement compared to H1 2020 (21%).
Higher backlog than at the end of 2019.

Koenig & Bauer achieves revenue of more than €1bn in 2020 – slight organic revenue growth and balanced EBIT expected in 2021

Koenig & Bauer AG, Würzburg (“Koenig & Bauer”, WKN: 719 350 / ISIN: DE0007193500) announces that on the basis of its preliminary and as yet unaudited figures it achieved group revenue of €1,029m and preliminary consolidated earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) of -€68m in the 2020 financial year. Adjusted for special items, preliminary consolidated EBIT stands at -€19m.
