DEE PAPER ANNOUNCES STEVE HARRELL AS NEXT PRESIDENT

Dee Paper, Chester, Pa., an industry leader in the folding carton market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Harrell as its new President effective February 1, 2015. Steve will be replacing Jay Dee who has been active in senior management positions at Dee for over 40 years. Jay has most recently served as Dee Paper's President and will remain with the company as a member of the Board of Directors and in a sales and customer relations role.

Mr. Dee commenting on the leadership change, "We are all very excited about the appointment of Steve as Dee Paper's new president and are confident he will continue to build on the past successes of the company. Steve brings a strong background and knowledge of the folding carton market and will be a very positive contributor to the company's future success."

Steve joined Dee Paper in January, 2014 and has served as the General Manager for the past year. Prior to working at Dee, he spent 25 years in the offset, flexo and gravure Industries. His background includes experience in tobacco packaging, as well as, high-end pharmaceutical, health and beauty and confectionary. He joined Dee Paper after working with several Industry leading, multi-national packaging corporations.
