Keypoint Intelligence – InfoTrends Names Mascara Director of Customer Communications Advisory Service

Keypoint Intelligence - InfoTrends announces the promotion of Marc Mascara to Director of the Customer Communications Advisory Service. In his new role, Mascara is available for speaking engagements and is responsible for conducting market research and analysis, consulting engagements, forecasting market growth, client care, and providing coverage of industry events in the customer communications market.

Marc has held positions in the graphic arts and publishing industries since 1980. Prior to joining InfoTrends, he worked at Eastman Kodak Company as Director of Marketing US/Asia for the Enterprise Inkjet Systems Division—managing regional marketing and operations for Kodak’s high-speed inkjet portfolio. Prior to Kodak, Marc held senior product management and OEM sales positions at Electronics for Imaging and Scitex Corporation.

“I’m excited to have Marc move into this specialized area where he can utilize his experience and knowledge to examine this market,” commented Ron Gilboa, Group Director of Production Technology. “This promotion is a result of Keypoint Intelligence – InfoTrends’ continued growth and look forward to having him provide our clients with quality service in his new role.”

Mascara holds a M.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and a B.S. Degree in Industrial Management Technology from California University of Pennsylvania.
