Luca Zerbini has been appointed as the new Managing Director for Fedrigoni Group’s Paper & Security division, the leading Italian company in the production and sale of high value-added papers for packaging and graphics, as well as self-adhesive labelling products. This appointment adds a further step to the growth of Fedrigoni’s paper division that had already received a boost at the end of 2019 through the appointment of two internationally renowned managers.
The choice of Luca Zerbini as MD for the division confirms the company’s aim to become more international. Zerbini graduated in engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Wharton (University of Pennsylvania). He has worked extensively abroad, with long-term managerial positions in organic growth, marketing strategy, business development and innovation, and sustainability policies in various international companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Bain & Company, Florida Tile, Honeywell and Amcor, the world leader in flexible packaging, where he was Vice President and General Manager for the Film & Foil business unit, heading the Flexibles Sustainability Initiative, before moving to Fedrigoni. Luca Zerbini is also a fellow of The Marketing Academy and Institute for Real Growth.
