Cadman Capital Group, a multinational alternative investment firm, has announced the appointment of Bob Parsons as Director of Fieldpound Limited, the holding company that owns the recently-acquired specialist packaging companies, Norpol Packaging and Burbridge Packaging.
Benefitting from both a strong background in revenue and EBITDA growth, as well as more than 13 years of experience in executive leadership, Bob has previously operated several businesses, primarily within the FMCG, print, packaging and automotive sectors. In addition, he has built senior leadership experience in sales and operational activity, with a focus on driving change and achieving improvement in complex and challenging environments.
In his new role, Bob Parsons will be responsible for managing and driving growth of all businesses operating under the Fieldpound umbrella. With ambitious growth targets and improvements set for the company and its businesses, Bob will draw upon his previous experience to enhance all elements of the businesses, from revenue growth strategies and visual controls to enhancing the customer experience (QC and OTIF delivery) and improving SQDC.
