Experienced sales leader to expand customer access to rigid, eco-friendly packaging solutions
Synerlink, a BW Packaging Systems company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gustavo Melo to the role of Sales Director for Latin America. In his new position, Gustavo will guide Synerlink’s LATAM sales team in expanding access to industry-leading rigid, eco-friendly packaging solutions for the food industry in Latin America.
With 23 years of sales and marketing experience in the global packaging industry, Gustavo brings valuable expertise and strategy insights to Synerlink. Prior to joining the company, he held various roles at WestRock, a consumer and corrugated packaging solutions supplier, and at Coesia, which offers automation and packaging equipment. His past titles include Marketing Manager, Global Market Development Manager and Head of Sales for LATAM.

Gustavo will be focused on developing and executing short- and long-term strategies to achieve key business goals, including Synerlink’s sustainability objectives, all in alignment with customer needs in the LATAM region.
