With 24 years of experience in the print industry, 46-year-old Kai Tittgemeyer took over the position of head of production at Neschen AG at the beginning of October. As a specialist in various areas of this business, he has extensive knowledge in the standard printing methods like gravure printing, offset and digital printing and he also held management positions in production.
Following graduation from a technical college, Mr. Tittgemeyer started his career with an apprenticeship as a typescript editor and professional studies which he completed as 'Certified Printing and Media Technician'. During that time, he worked as typescript editor in repro, retouch and photography in his apprenticing company, Janoschka GmbH in Kippenheim, as plant assistant at Tittgemeyer Engineering GmbH in Arnsberg and as head of reproduction at Printdesign Rotationsdruck GmbH in Boenen. After his studies, he was technical director at Decopress Printing GmbH in Soest for eleven years. There he was responsible for 40 employees in gravure printing production with related repro and printing plate production in the area of decorative printing.
Prior to being acquired as head of production at Neschen AG in Bueckeburg, Kai Tittgemeyer has worked as an independent consultant for the graphics industry for four years. He accompanied mainly the technical part of productions of companies of various industry sectors at the setup and integration of digital print solutions, for example in the plastic and wood processing industry. "I look forward to a good cooperation and to contribute my extensive knowledge and experience from various stations in the print industry at Neschen AG. It is my goal to further optimize the production process in order to achieve an even higher product quality." says Kai Tittgemeyer.
