Shutterstock Announces Yearend Departure of President and COO Thilo Semmelbauer

Shutterstock, Inc. (NYSE: SSTK), a leading global provider of commercial digital imagery and music, today announced that President and Chief Operating Officer Thilo Semmelbauer has notified the Company of his intention to step back from his day-to-day operating role at the end of the year. Mr. Semmelbauer will remain fully engaged in his current role during the coming months to effect a smooth and successful transition.
