On the last of February 2025, EdmoLift's CEO will retire. To ensure a smooth transition, Jonathan Grip will take over as CEO, while Tomas Edmo will become Deputy CEO.
After 35 years of outstanding leadership in the role of CEO at EdmoLift, an organisational change is now announced. Anders took on the position in 1989 and has played an important role in shaping and strengthening EdmoLift's position in the market.
During this time, EdmoLift has grown from a turnover of 20 million SEK and 16 employees to today's almost 300 million SEK and 118 employees.
From now, Jonathan Grip will take over as CEO of EdmoLift AB, while Tomas Edmo will become Deputy CEO. Anders will work as Senior Corporate Advisor until the end of February, thereby supporting a smooth transition to the new leadership.
Jonathan comes from the Chief Business Development Officer role but has worked closely with the development of the entire company as a management team representative. Tomas has worked within EdmoLift for the past 30 years and, more recently, in business development.
I am humbled by the opportunity and look forward to working with further developing EdmoLift and building on the company's success, says Jonathan.
It has been a fantastic journey as an owner to operationally be a part of the development of EdmoLift. Every day is exciting and challenging. Anders has played a significant role in our positive progress, so from the Edmo family, a big thank you to Anders. Today with our latest investment of 70 million in the new production line means that we feel well-equipped and ready to meet our future growth journey, says Tomas.
The business will continue as usual, where relationships with partners and business processes continue with the same focus and drive. Going forward, a strong focus will be placed on strengthening our product offerings and lead times, as well as positioning EdmoLift as a strong player locally, nationally, and internationally. We want to put EdmoLift and Härnösand on the map, Jonathan concludes.
