Introduction of William Strutjens as Head of Technical Service Hot Stamping

It is with great pleasure that I introduce William Strutjens as the new Head of Technical Service Hot Stamping at API Transfer Technologies, effective March 4, 2025.

William brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the graphical industry, particularly in the field of hot stamping. With an impressive career spanning over three decades, he has gained in-depth knowledge of the industry, working with a variety of machines and materials.

He began his career in bookbinding, later transitioning into the stationery industry before discovering his passion for hot stamping. His journey started as an operator on a Bobst Speria 102 Foilmaster at Van Genechten Packaging Group in Eindhoven, where he developed extensive hands-on experience with different hot stamping machines and foil suppliers.

William’s leadership capabilities quickly became evident, leading to his promotion as Group Operations Hot Foil Manager at Van Genechten Packaging Group HQ in Turnhout, Belgium.

In this role, he was responsible for:

Solving hot stamping challenges across multiple production sites
Conducting factory and customer visits
Collaborating closely with suppliers
Managing technical projects and innovations in hot stamping

His extensive experience across different flatbed and cylinder hot stamping machines, including Bobst, Gietz, Starfoil, and Heidelberg models, makes him an invaluable asset to our team.

At API Transfer Technologies, William will lead our technical service team Hot Stamping, ensuring exceptional support and innovation in hot stamping solutions for our valued customers. His hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge will enable us to continue delivering the highest standards in technical service and product development.
