Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today downgraded the issuer rating of Continental AG (Continental, or the company) to Baa2 from Baa1. Concurrently, Moody's downgraded the senior unsecured ratings of Continental and their subsidiaries Conti-Gummi Finance BV and Continental Rubber of America, Corp. (CRoA). The short-term Prime-2 (P-2) ratings of CRoA were affirmed. The outlook on the ratings is negative.

Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today downgraded the corporate family rating (CFR) of the German tourism company TUI AG (TUI) to B2 from Ba3. Concurrently, the senior unsecured rating was downgraded to B2 from Ba3 and the probability of default rating (PDR) was downgraded to B2-PD from Ba3-PD.
