MPS UK Open House Presenting Live Demonstrations of the New Cost-Effective EB Flexo Press

Open house is taking place March 18 – 19 at the MPS UK office in Wigan, United Kingdom and will include representatives from Avery Dennison, tesa, Paragon Inks, Cheshire Anilox Technology and Reproflex 3.

MPS today announced its open house taking place March 18 – 19 at the MPS UK sales and service office in Wigan, United Kingdom. Live demonstrations and presentations of the new cost-effective MPS EB flexo press will be held, to show printers and converters how the EB press can benefit label printing production. Sponsoring partners participating in the event are Avery Dennison, Tesa, Paragon Inks, Cheshire Anilox Technology and Reproflex 3.
The new EB press, an affordable alternative in flexo printing, features are a solid machine construction with self-evident high print quality, predictable and reliable productivity, and operator-friendly press operation. Three technologies of the EB flexo press will be featured during the open house: Crisp.Dot Light, which guarantees predictable high-quality label printing with no gear marking; iSet, a new MPS technology which features intelligent pressure settings and easy operation; and iStop technology, providing zero waste at roll change. Live label print jobs including cold foil will also be demonstrated. The new EB flexo press is designed for printing and converting of self-adhesive labels and is a solution for label printers in all market segments.
Avery Dennison, Tesa, Paragon Inks, Cheshire Anilox Technology and Reproflex 3, sponsors of the MPS UK open house, will be on-site to present their products and technologies that supplement the EB flexo press, including mounting tapes, substrates, anilox rollers, printing plates, and inks. MPS will also share tips to help improve printing processes and highlight the range of MPS services and technical support programs.
Open house program
Morning and afternoon sessions will be offered during the MPS UK open house March 18th and 19th. The morning sessions will begin at 11:00am and afternoon sessions at 14:00pm. A lunch will be served in-between morning and afternoon sessions.
