With a choice of five modules, including a free basic module, MyContiweb provides 24/7 technical support, task management, performance and resource analysis. Print service providers of all sizes can benefit by adding MyContiweb to their toolkit.

- Service Support: with unlimited access to technical support, available 24 hours a day by telephone, with monthly press performance data and service reports, and, for those with regional service agreements, with direct assignment of tasks to Contiweb.
- Performance Analytics: provides a complete overview of the performance and uptime of Contiweb machines, with daily updates and recommended actions for specific situations.
- Resource Analytics: daily monitoring of resource consumption and key performance indicators, including proactive notifications of recommended actions for specific situations
- Multi Brand: task management across an unlimited number of printing lines, regardless of manufacturer, for a complete overview of processes and a central hub for third-party documentation.
