To enhance current Service offerings in Europe, in early 2021 Komori will further expand the service and spare parts operations from its European headquarters in Utrecht.
Rapid response, quick delivery and extended support across a broader product and supplies portfolio is the driving force behind the decision to open a further spare parts warehouse in Utrecht.With a total capacity of 4500 m2, Komori’s European Head Office already fulfils a key role in the service support for its European customers. This extended warehouse facility and service department is led by a skilled team with years of experience. This expansion will further complement and enhance our ongoing efforts to meet and go beyond customers’ expectations. In addition to the strengthened parts and service activity, Utrecht is the home of the European Graphic Center (KGC-E) which continues to work within World Health Organization and local government guidelines to provide on line customer demonstrations, training programs and R&D to our customers.
