Following a large order of spare parts, the Southern African printing specialist Printing & Publishing Company Botswana (PPCB) opted for a long-term service contract with manroland Goss. Regular and preventive maintenance will significantly reduce the risk of future downtimes. Adding to that, a special volume for spare parts orders for each contract year is included within the Service Level Agreement.
