LINTEC EUROPE is expanding its Securafol range by launching a transparent option of the labelstock. Already available in white, Securafol is a non-PVC destructible labelstock, designed to counter product tampering, warranty fraud and asset theft.
Mainly suitable for pharmaceutical packaging, Securafol can also be used for asset labels, product warranty labels and security seals. As Securafol features 50% higher tensile strength than conventional destructible vinyl and has low internal strength, it is difficult to remove once applied. When tampered with, the material will fracture, preventing reuse and reapplication of the label. Securafol can be used to print on-demand variable information labels and has been designed to accept conventional inks and thermal transfer printing with resin and wax/resin ribbons.
