British paper specialist G . F Smith makes the world a little more colourful: The company is adding four new colors to its popular Colorplan range of fine paper. The high-quality paper creations are available in Germany exclusively from the fine and artist paper specialists Römerturm.
With the competition "The World's Favourite Colour", G. F Smith found the colour "Marrs Green" in cooperation with the design agency Made Thought and the English city of Hull. It represents the essence of most entries. The four new colours in the Colorplan series show that the survey also revealed many other findings.
In addition to choosing their favorite color, participants were asked to describe it with a word. The term "radiant" was most frequently used. With "Hot Pink", there is now a new color tone in the extensive portfolio in this respect as well. The exciting pink tone was named after the wish of the fashion label Osman Studio, which supported the survey from the very beginning and named this "Hot Pink" as their favourite colour.
Fresh & popular
Perfect balance of yellow and green accents - "Chartreuse" also convinces with its unrestrained radiance. It is not without reason that precisely this colour tone was voted the world's most popular yellow in "The World's Favourite Colour" survey.
Black and white are not perceived as colours by many people - but in the case of paper, it is precisely these shades that sell the most. "Slate" captivates with its classic elegance. The dark grey has a noble effect and is particularly exclusive in paper form.
Natural warmth, cosiness and an all-round protected feeling - these are the impressions transported by the orange "Rust". While orange was displaced by green and blue in the online survey, G . F Smith gives "Rust" the stage it deserves.
Colorplan focuses on a trendy, design-oriented and classic color palette that offers designers plenty of room for inspiration. With now 55 colors, Colorplan papers are available in Germany via Römerturm Feinstpapier in 25 embossing and 8 grammages.
