In an unprecedented global crisis like the one we are now experiencing because of Covid19 , the Fedrigoni Group is determined to ensure continuity of services and protect the supply chain of essential needs. Since the beginning of the emergency, Arconvert and Ritrama have been working uninterruptedly and fully for the food, pharmaceutical and health industries, while at the same time working tirelessly to protect the health and safety of our population.
The Fedrigoni Group has ensured the strictest compliance with all government regulations and has introduced some additional measures to further improve the safety of all employees: widespread use of remote working, video conferencing systems for all meetings, safety distances between colleagues in all work areas and common rooms, infrared temperature tests for all employees at the entrance to factories and offices, restrictions on visitors and external suppliers. In addition, hygiene measures were intensified in all areas.
Arconvert and Ritrama mainly produce self-adhesive materials for the label industry, which are used to a considerable extent for distribution in the food, pharmaceutical and logistics sectors, among others. All essential goods require labels printed on self-adhesive materials. Arconvert-Ritrama's products are therefore an important component in the supply chain of critical items such as medicines and hospital equipment, infusion and plasma bags, test tubes and environmental hygiene products. Labels are also essential for food pricing in supermarkets, for bottles of personal care and household products, or for applying barcodes for handling and shipping goods.
