Hahnemühle is delighted that this year not only one FineArt inkjet paper grade from its company has won a TIPA World Award, but three! With the Hahnemühle Natural Line and the papers Hahnemühle Bamboo, Hahnemühle Hemp and Hahnemühle Agave, the inventor of the Digitial FineArt inkjet papers has once again succeeded in convincing the Technical Press Imaging Association - TIPA for short. All three papers of the Hahnemühle Natural Line were awarded the TIPA World Award 2020 in the category "Best Inkjet Photo Paper". The editors and publishers of 30 magazines in the photo and imaging industry from all over the world are delighted with the papers from the Hahnemühle Natural Line:
"The Hahnemühle Natural Line impresses both with its sustainable production and its unique surface structures. The pulp in these papers is obtained from raw materials that require only minimal care and do not contain any pesticides. Each 290 g/m² paper has a unique look and feel. Bamboo is a warm-toned paper with a slightly textured surface; Hemp is a bright white matt paper with a slightly textured surface; and Agave has a more textured surface with a bright white base".

The Hahnemühle Natural Line occupies a special place within the Hahnemühle Digital FineArt Collection. It comprises unique FineArt inkjet papers made from exceptional, sustainable raw materials: bamboo, hemp and agave (sisal). The plants from which the required cellulose is obtained are fast-growing, require no pesticides and little water during cultivation. They help to conserve valuable resources and thus protect the environment.
Hahnemühle uses part of the proceeds from the Natural Line to support environmental projects at regional, national and international level as part of its Green Rooster Initiative.

The three sustainable premium inkjet papers celebrated their worldwide premiere in autumn 2019 at the Photo Plus Expo in New York. The world premiere was to make its debut in Germany this year at photokina 2020 and demonstrate that perfect FineArt printing can be taken to a new level with sustainable papers. Unfortunately, this is being postponed somewhat. The outstanding artist papers from the Hahnemühle Digital FineArt Collection are and will remain unique in the market.
