Efficiently made intelligent with "Avionics" from Antares Vision

Antares Vision's AVionics software landscape obtains valuable information in real time, directly from the line, the plant and the company, through the acquisition and processing of data and using artificial intelligence algorithms. The software operates through a system of modules capable of collecting different types of data (from lines, machines and quality control) and of linking different equipment and machines. AVionics consists of five modules that can be used independently or in combination to better collect and interpret data, each module serving different purposes. It is therefore a single software platform from which the various licenses and functions can be activated:
- AVionics Performance: monitors productivity performance and KPIs, analyses and plans trends, is able to determine the best performance at line, plant and enterprise level;
- AVionics Quality: collects data from quality controls through statistical review of processes based on their quality and variability, is able to construct models and trends to provide predictive analysis;
- AVionics Manager: controls and optimizes the entire production process (from the line or from the control room) thanks to a centralized memory that allows the exchange of input and output data and decision making based on the events that occur;
- AVionics Maintenance: contributes to improving performance by managing the preventive and predictive technical maintenance of the systems;
- AVionics Sustainability: collects power consumption data and specific parameters related to environmental impact in order to reduce consumption and waste, improve return on investment, document and improve the environmental profile of products;
Thanks to AVionics, Antares Vision is able to develop and implement new additional and customized functionalities for all five modules. In addition, it can further improve system accuracy and reliability over time through artificial intelligence algorithms based on machine learning techniques.
