Spiegel Verpackungen is investing in Marbach equipment - Successful handover of the mobile workbench mbench|smart

The globally operating diemaker Marbach not only supplies cutting-dies for maximum performance in packaging production but also equipment for all aspects of die-cutting. Recently, the company Spiegel Verpackungen has upgraded its production and invested in the mobile mbench workbench from Marbach. This has enabled Spiegel to optimize its processes and save valuable time in packaging production.

Spiegel has decided to equip the mobile workbench from Marbach with the additional rule processing devices mcut|multi (for cutting to length, notching and cutting noses of cutting rules) and mbend (for bending rules). In addition, all the necessary tools can be stored in the 5 specially divided drawers and all materials are directly accessible.
Stefan Raupp, Development and Work Preparation at Spiegel Verpackungen: “It was without doubt a small investment for us, but it was worth it. The mbench|smart offers us completely new possibilities for producing and replacing replacement bladed knives immediately and directly on site. This means that the mbench quickly pays for itself, because being able to replace a defective knife means that we can continue production without interruption. This is important for our customers, because they are usually already waiting for our delivery for further packaging. The mbench|smart and the matching hand tools are perfectly matched to each other; everything just works perfectly.”
