Konica Minolta is Germany's Best Managed Service Provider for the second year in a row

Konica Minolta also takes first place in independent customer survey in 2022

Konica Minolta has been voted Germany's best managed service provider in the category of system houses with a turnover of more than 250 million to one billion euros. The company thus continues its success story as a leading provider of IT solutions for the umpteenth time.
On behalf of COMPUTERWOCHE and ChannelPartner, the independent market research institute iSCM regularly surveys user companies on their satisfaction with the performance of their cloud and managed service providers. Konica Minolta was again convincing and, as in the previous year, was named Germany's best managed service provider in the category of system houses with a turnover of over 250 million to 1 billion euros.
"Customers increasingly expect their IT service providers to provide end-to-end management of all their hybrid cloud services, ideally complemented by end-to-end managed services. With our flexible managed service packages, we support companies in maintaining their IT and thus ensure smooth and high-performance processes as well as reliable and secure operation of their systems. The survey result proves that our offer for more scalability and flexibility meets the requirements of modern companies to the highest degree," says Bernd Goger, Director Business Unit ITS. "The fact that we have been named Best German Managed Service Provider for the second time in a row proves the trust of our customers and makes us very proud."
In order to ensure a fair basis for the award ceremony, the results of the survey are evaluated in four turnover classes. The annual turnover generated by the service providers in the DACH region in 2021 is used as a classification criterion. The awards are presented to the three best-placed in their turnover class1) , the award ceremony took place on 1 June 2022 in Munich.
