The education of the future
Sony is expanding its range of advanced solutions for delivering, recording and transmitting engaging presentations and video content in educational environments. A live demonstration will combine all solutions to showcase the enhanced teaching and learning experience.

MAS-A100 - This new IP-based beamforming ceiling microphone enables flexible and creative "hands-free" lectures and presentations. The unique combination of beamforming technology and Feedback Reducer function provides optimal, clear audio quality for speech amplification and recording. The microphone can also be easily integrated into existing AV setups using the Dante®*1 digital audio-over-IP network standard.
Edge Analytics Appliance (REA-C1000) - Enables you to create effective video content with minimal resources. The solution, which is based on artificial intelligence, includes handwriting recognition on blackboards and whiteboards and a chroma key-free CG overlay function that projects the filmed subject onto a background without the need for a special screen or specially trained personnel. PTZ auto tracking also ensures that presenters are precisely tracked throughout the presentation and remain in the picture.
UbiCast - This easy-to-use, automated solution enables companies and educational institutions to create and share dynamic, searchable and complex video content. UbiCast also introduces a new generation of video recorders to support the latest SRG cameras. To provide an enhanced audio experience for online viewers, these VCRs and the video platform use Sony audio plug-ins for automatic amplification and noise reduction.

The workplace of the future
Sony's TEOS continues to play a vital role in transforming workplaces, already increasing productivity, efficiency and employee retention in over 200 companies in 28 countries. This includes Capgemini and Siemens. With the latest updates to the TEOS range, users benefit from comprehensive tools for better collaboration and greater flexibility. TEOS 2.2 leverages advances in IoT sensor technology to improve integration and increase efficiency with 20 new features. These include customization options for intelligent automation, a new display interface for meetings and intuitive integration with Outlook for room booking. Other components include registration at the reception desk and content sharing.

4 new Professional Tablets of the TEB-XP series - In different sizes from 7 to 22" for conference rooms, classrooms and reception areas
4K Android Player - Enables the mirroring of signage and presentation content in conference rooms via the TEOS solution Connect.
Two new intelligent sensors - table sensor for measuring occupancy and meeting room sensor for measuring occupancy and CO² values
Visitors to the stand will also be able to see seven models of Sony's Professional Displays, which combine outstanding picture quality and design with advanced professional features to meet the individual AV needs of businesses.

The laser projection of the future
From entry-level models to premium projectors, from classrooms or conference rooms to museum spaces, Sony has a solution for every room and every budget. All new laser projectors support the Intelligent Settings feature to simplify installation: Presets adjust brightness, cooling system, colour and other projector settings so that performance is optimised for the environment in which the projectors are used.

VPL-FHZ131L - The latest and brightest premium WUXGA projector from Sony with a light output of 13,000 lumens. It offers accurate S-RGB colour space reproduction and high contrast of ∞:1, producing incredibly bright, attractive and impressive images. The wide lens shift range and optional VPLL-Z4107 short-throw lens increase installation flexibility in areas where projection distance is limited.
In addition, Sony plans to launch the following projectors in spring 2020, which will not yet be introduced at ISE.

VPL-FHZ101L and VPL-FHZ91L - Both are also among the premium WUXGA projectors with a light output of 10,000 lumens and 9,000 lumens respectively.
VPL-PHZ12 - Sony's new mid-range WUXGA laser projector with 5000 lumens light output features a 0.76" LCD panel with integrated optical compensator. The model delivers bright, vivid images with high contrast ∞:1 and lifelike colour reproduction.
VPL-CWZ10 - The new industry's most compact*2 WXGA laser projector on the market with a light output of 5000 lumens. Compared to the previous model (VPL-PWZ10), the projector is approximately 40% smaller and 35% lighter. The low price and low maintenance make this entry-level model ideal for those who want to switch from lamp to laser.
The Sony range also offers solutions for users who need several projectors for different purposes in one place. Regardless of application or room size, high quality reproductions of photos or videos and uniformity of colour, usability, design and integration are made possible.
