Envivio award-winning Muse video processing software is designed to support both live and on-demand 4K compression in HEVC format. The HEVC standard reduces bandwidth consumption compared to MPEG-4 AVC (H.264) by 30 to 50 percent, improving the video experience and reducing cost of operations for both 4K big-screen services and existing mobile or over-the-top (OTT) TV services.
