EMT will showcase live demonstrations of the RFX Dual Head Chip Cutting and stacking finishing line. The Dual Head Chip Cutter has been enhanced to deliver multi-substrate, high speed sheeted and stacked output at speeds to 750 fpm. Ideal for applications in the direct mail, publishing, and graphics segments, the line will also highlight variable inline cross creasing and perforating solutions.
The Newly introduced EMT Chameleon RFX Winders also on display set a new standard for the market, running at speeds to 1000 fpm with tight web management, insuring the highest integrated print and finishing quality available.
EMT's RFX solutions are operator friendly, offering touch screen HMI operation for roll loading/unloading and measurement. Built on a robust design platform with 1" thick frames to minimize vibration and wear, the winders are built to last. RFX winders handle a broad range of substrates and are offered offer in web widths of 22", 30", and 40".
