Core systems successfully installed at new location

letterei.de is a specialist for the production of official notices as well as advertising and info mailings. Kern systems are used exclusively for enveloping and inserting, and these have been moved to the new building in Flörsheim. "Especially now, when there are almost only negative reports in many areas, this real ray of hope should not remain unmentioned", says Wilhelm.
The company's relocation plans were ambitious anyway, as they were to be implemented in ongoing business. The strict regulations with regard to the Corona Pandemic made the planning even more complicated: "It was not easy for everyone involved to implement the specifications in view of the many restrictions, but thanks to the professional preparation, the entire move went perfectly, also with the other companies involved," emphasises Yvonne Kiefer, managing director of letterei.de Postdienste GmbH.
Kern Managing Director Rainer Rindfleisch sees this project as confirmation of Kern's efficiency: "Our employees carry the service DNA in themselves because we have always attached great importance to this area," says Rindfleisch.
In addition to specializing as a service provider for advertising mailings, new customer acquisition, information letters or official notices, the Flörsheim-based medium-sized company offers onlinebrief24.de, a service with which customers can send real letters directly from their own PC or Mac using free software conveniently and securely. The letters are transmitted in encrypted form to the production centre in Flörsheim, where they are printed, folded, enveloped, franked and handed over to Deutsche Post for delivery on the same day - with postage discounts from the first letter. Thanks to its self-developed, intuitive software and maximum customer orientation by completely dispensing with basic charges or minimum quantities, the company has established itself as one of the largest hybrid letter providers on the market with over 14,000 business and public authority customers.
