Huaxin Colour Printing reinforces drive for quality and productivity with BOBST SP 106 ER
Based in the Foshan, Guangdong, specialist print and packaging manufacturer, Huaxin (Foshan) Color Printing Co., Ltd., has invested in a new state-of-the-art die-cutter from BOBST that delivers inline blank separation to streamline carton processing and enhance capacity.
The new die-cutter is the second SP 106 ER that Huaxin Colour Printing has installed in recent years. It removes the need to manually strip waste from die-cut work, thanks to its innovative inline separation capabilities, enabling piles of blanks to be delivered straight to the folder-gluers. The die-cutter drives efficiency along the entire production line by improving the performance of downstream processes, reducing costs and enhancing end-product quality.
Notably, this is the eighth BOBST machine installation at Huaxin Colour Printing. Prior to this latest acquisition, the company was already operating five BOBST die-cutting machines and two BOBST folder-gluers. The company is focused on the production of corrugated and folding carton boxes and is one of the most well-known packaging and printing companies in the food, pharmaceuticals, personal care, cosmetics, electronic appliances, toys, wine packaging and paper products markets. At present, the company provides high-quality packaging and printing services for more than 140 domestic and international customers.
