MB Bäuerle had a very successful showing at this year's Graph Expo in Chicago. The exhibited inserting system was sold directly from the booth to a renowned company in the USA. The innovative inserter technology from MB Bäuerle aroused great interest among the visitors. Numerous talks were held that focused on concrete investment plans.
At the center of attention was the high-performance inserting system autoSET B4 HighFLEX. This inserting machine combines a high degree of variability with extremely convenient operation. The autoSET B4 can process all formats from DL (# 9) to B4 (flat / 9x13) and is ideal for applications where a maximum output along with short set-up times are required. With the new catalogue feeder, it is, for instance, possible to handle inserts with a product thickness of up to 15 mm (10/16") without any problems. Due to the modular design, the inserting system can be adapted to individual customer needs at any time.
