Running an inline solution with the Konica Minolta HC70 print engine and Direct Smile Software, producing a personalised inline UV coated and perforated postcard application live for our visitors to see.
In addition we are demonstrating our new Digital Dynamic UV varnish system complete with variable data front end, and a UV coated folded carton application.
Our UV coating machines are 'cold cure' so not affected by the issues that affect other machines in the market where the printed medium is subjected to high temperatures to cure the coating. We offer a sheet turner unit enabling fully automatic duplex coating production (NOT shown at IPEX) with feeders and stackers for a full production solution. Our new innovative UV selective coating solution will be shown for the first time at IPEX 2014. We also rightly claim minimal odours into the surrounding air and reduced power consumption.
