Marbach: The countdown is on - Only 2 weeks left until the virtual drupa 2021

The globally active manufacturer of cutting-dies, Marbach, has been participating in the world's largest exhibition for the packaging industry, drupa, since 1977. At the upcoming drupa in 2 weeks, from April 20-23, Marbach will again be represented with a booth - but this time virtually. Because of the Corona pandemic, this year's exhibition will take place exclusively online. On the 4 days of the fair, however, everything will center on packaging online.

Tina Dost, Marketing Manager at Marbach: "drupa is unquestionably our exhibition highlight every time. We begin planning years before this event so that we can showcase our products and innovations to perfection. That drupa might not take place or be postponed, was unthinkable just before the cancellation in 2020. But from our standpoint, we see it now as the right decision." Because a virtual version of drupa is taking place this year it will still offer us a great opportunity to present our innovations, and that in spite of the pandemic. At virtual.drupa, visitors will be digitally linked to us as exhibitors through various areas. We can therefore, interact live and present our latest developments online."
Marbach can be found in its individual virtual showroom in the so-called "Exhibition Space". Here, our company will present its technologies and services for die-cutting packaging. For direct exchange there will be virtual meeting rooms in the "Networking Plaza". In these, up to four people can engage in intensive personal discussions. From mid-March to the end of October 2021, visitors will also be able to contact Marbach via a chat function and make appointments. The third pillar of the virtual drupa is the "Conference Area". In this area, more than 2,160 minutes of top-class programs dealing with global trends and relevant industry topics can be found. Marbach will also give a presentation on the topic Connect|M. Here we will introduce our new development CONNECT|M.
But not only Marbach's trade show presence will become more digital. The portfolio of the diemaker will also reflect a strong trend towards digitalization of tools and services. Dost continues: "Our top highlights, which we will present at the virtual drupa, are strongly focused on performance and digitalization: from the Marbach Performance Package through CONNECT|M and to the new DZL|plateXL for large-format die-cutting machines. But there's much more. Let us surprise you! We are looking forward to your virtual visit."
