The device can handle materials up to 500mm wide and bind stock as thick as 26mm, while it can also produce 800 bound products every hour. In addition, a shingle conveyor and KAS calendar hanger systems are available to users as optional extras.
Renz UK sales manager Dermot Callaghan says: “With these two easy-to-operate machines, you can produce all wire bound products including calendars. These two machines along with the AP 360 automatic punch have been the best-selling wire binding machines in the UK for many years.
“These machines are very easy to use with a quick and easy make ready. We have more automated systems and should a customer show interest we would take them to an installation to see these machines in operation and discuss with the company that is using them.
“We are also the main wire supplier in the UK should it be cut lengths of wire or spools for the more automated systems.”
