Ricoh has signed an agreement with Zebra Technologies to provide its Managed Print Services customers with a single point of contact for label printing in the future. In future, Ricoh will use its proven service capacities in the EMEA region and its extensive network of technicians to support Zebra Technologies' existing fleets.
This new collaboration will particularly benefit customers in the retail, healthcare and manufacturing sectors, as label printers are critical to the day-to-day operations of these businesses. Barcode and RFID labels are used to uniquely identify products and packages so they can be tracked around the world. By working with Zebra, Ricoh can provide its customers with even greater visibility through these monitoring and reporting capabilities.
