The individual monument was built in 1890 in the neo-renaissance style and is now a residential and commercial building. The house was renovated with great commitment and many details of the lost character shine again in new splendour today. An absolute eye-catcher is the spacious staircase, the original character of which was completely sacrificed to the pragmatism of the time as a result of the renovation work in the 1960s and 1980s.
But today it shines again in its old splendour. This is made possible by stylistic elements such as stairs, railings, walls, windows, etc., but also by stylistic additions such as columns, lighting and the floors on the stair and floor landings.
