Perfect Colours prepares for HP showcase at The Print Show 2022

Large-format print solutions provider Perfect Colours has signed up to exhibit at The Print Show for the first time and revealed it will use its presence at the event to showcase a range of leading printers from partner HP.

Established in 1999, Perfect Colours specialises in large-format print, offering a wide range of machines, some of which will be on display from September 20th to 22nd in Hall 17 of the NEC in Birmingham.
Already confirmed to appear on Stand E10 is the HP Latex 700W, a high-performance printer that offers printing speeds of up to 31sq m/hr in outdoor mode on media as wide as 64”. The device also runs HP’s incredibly popular HP Latex water-based inks, offering an attractive environmental feature for users.
Also set to be demonstrated live at The Print Show this year is the HP DesignJet Z9+, a 64” plotter printer that provides professional photo-quality prints. The machine has a top speed of 14.1sq m/hr and can print on a range of media.
Finally, Perfect Colours will also display the HP PageWide 5200XL Pro, a large-format, multi-function printer that can print at speeds of 400sq m/hr or 20 A1 pages per minute.
Jon Telling, sales director at Perfect Colours, says visitors to The Print Show will be able to see all three of these machines printing on a vast array of media, while other devices may also be added to the demonstration line-up in the weeks leading up to the show.
“Our theme for the stand is very much around showcasing different environmentally sustainable wide-format print technologies,” Telling said. “Our printing experts will be there to explain how the diverse range of wide-format devices can be a good fit for many businesses and how print service providers can grow their business by investing in a sustainable solution.
“This will be the first year that Perfect Colours has exhibited at The Print Show. The objective is to connect with a broad audience who are either interested in developing their existing large format print technology portfolio or those who are wanting to start their journey with their first print solution.”
In addition, Perfect Colours will be showcasing how customers can save on materials and inks by using Print Factory workflow software, with specialists on hand to talk attendees through the core benefits of the product.
“We decided to exhibit this year to showcase a range of different print technologies from HP to explain the diversity of products and how these can be a good fit for a vast array of applications for many different types of business,” Telling said.
“We also aim to demonstrate how workflow software from Print Factory can help cut waste and increase efficiency. The most important point on the agenda is to showcase the tremendous efforts that Perfect Colours and HP are driving when it comes to sustainability.
“We have created most of the stand from recyclable or recycled materials and invite every one of you to pass by and learn more about HP’s sustainability ethos.”
Chris Davies, event director for The Print Show, said he was delighted to be able to welcome Perfect Colours to the event for the first time, saying he is looking forward to seeing market-leading technology from HP in action up close.
“It’s always nice when a company decides to exhibit for the first time, and when it is a company that is so well known across the industry and supplies high quality kit from a leading manufacturer like HP, this makes it extra special for us,” Davies said.
“I’m delighted to welcome the Perfect Colours team to our ever-expanding exhibitor list, which is growing almost by the day at the moment as companies rush to book their stands at The Print Show 2022.”
