The creation of the new SACMI Customer Service Division reinforces the Mexican branch's capacity to provide customers throughout Central America with close support and assistance at all times. All the latest to be illustrated at the fair from 11th to 13th June 2019
With over 60 team members, SACMI De Mexico is one of the most important branches in the entire SACMI Global Network. It's also a strategic hub for the Central American market, one of SACMI's key export destinations for cap and container machines, PET preform solutions and complete beverage plants. SACMI's all-round range and its new, advanced customer support solutions will soon be taking centre-stage at the coming edition of Expo Pack Mexico. A pivotal fair, Expo Pack is set to be held in Guadalajara, the capital of Jalisco State, from 11th to 13th June 2019.
Thanks to the establishment of the new Customer Service Division, SACMI has, in fact, reinforced its capacity to provide customers with close support and assistance - from the initial design stage to after-sales - at all times. This has been achieved via advanced assistance packages that extend support throughout the working life of the plant and by implementing new preventive and corrective maintenance functions (SACMI smart-secure service). Moreover, the new SACMI S.P.A.C.E. portal lets customers effect purchases and payments on-line and access e-learning platforms.
This move has also strengthened the strategic role of the SACMI De Mexico branch in Central America, giving it the capacity to provide customers with efficient spare parts, consultancy and assistance services via a highly qualified team.
Besides showcasing new after-sales services, Expo Pack also offers visitors a great opportunity to get a close look at the many new products in the SACMI range: from presses which can manufacture lighter, better-performing caps to complete PET preform production, stretch-blow moulding, filling and labelling systems.
SACMI customers can also count on a wide range of video camera inspection systems developed by the Quality&Process Control Division; these provide dedicated solutions for every stage of the beverage line, all with the same software to ensure maximum interoperability and efficiency.
