Quadient adds new functionality to leading Inspire customer communications management software solution

New version of the flagship solution Inspire R14 with many optimizations

More automation, flexible application possibilities and significant improvements in user-friendliness make work easier for users

Quadient, a leading provider of solutions to enhance customer communications across digital and physical channels, has introduced its new release Quadient Inspire R14. It is the most feature-rich version yet of Quadient's core omnichannel customer communications management (CCM) solution. The platform offers more than 1,100 enhancements and new features in four key areas: ease of use, greater personalization of communications, enhanced interoperability for more robust data and content integration, and highly scalable cloud and on-premise delivery. To get you up and running faster, Quadient Inspire R14 also includes more than 250 new starter kits, deployment guides, sample workflows, designs and integration connectors.

Key features of Inspire R14:

Future-proof your CCM with cloud, hybrid and on-premise deployments that reduce the time and effort required to develop, test, deploy and maintain Inspire in public or private cloud environments
Usability enhancements that enable non-technical business users to quickly and easily support customer communication strategies. Business users are familiar with customer expectations for a positive experience.
Synchronized omnichannel preview capabilities that allow output in all formats (smartphone, tablet, web, Smartwatch) to be reviewed on a single screen for rapid approval and to serve all channels of interest. Consumers today demand a consistent experience across all channels.
Business users can quickly create personalized, responsive HTML emails by importing existing templates into the Inspire environment and then personalizing, scheduling, delivering and tracking customer interactions.
Features that enable Inspire users to easily integrate and extend key recording and customer interaction systems, including Salesforce® and Guidewire®. These systems store critical customer data that can be used to personalize communications and the customer experience.
New connectors and implementation tools for integrating innovative features such as robotic process automation (RPA) and automated natural language translation.
Embed Microsoft Power BI dashboards and charts directly into Quadient Customer Journey Mapping applications, enabling users to leverage many more data sources and insights. This enables companies to better align their communications with customer behavior.

"Our customers know that superior communications management is critical to an engaging and successful customer experience. That's why we're pleased to provide them with Quadient Inspire R14 to help them communicate more effectively while reducing costs and working more efficiently," said Jochen Razum, Managing Director of Quadient CXM Germany Gmbh. "R14 provides a powerful and flexible cloud, hybrid and on-premise solution that allows our customers to use Inspire wherever they need to ensure future-proof communications with their customers".

According to analyst firm IDC, "Quadient is on its way to the cloud, and its Inspire Release 14 is a significant step forward in automation and easier configuration with docker containers and OpenShift deployments. Quadient is committed to continuing to deliver market leading innovations in customer communications. The focus is always on optimizing the Customer Experience (CX).
