Efficient event marketing at ECCO Schuhe
The ECCO Group from Denmark is one of the world's largest shoe manufacturers and retailers. As one of the world market leaders for sports and leisure shoes, the Danes also offer a comprehensive range of products for golfers. With the ECCO DAYs, the marketing department in Germany is trying to push golf and thus ECCO's sales in this market. The modern 9-hole tournament series, which is offered as an "after-work" event on more than 50 golf courses, is well received. Over 300 tournaments are planned for 2020. Various print media are constantly needed for organisation and communication, such as posters, invitations, roll-ups, information flyers and postcards. A system solution was sought to locate, print and deliver these efficiently and CD-compliant to the organizing golf clubs.
HanseRepro was able to contribute the perfect overall solution consisting of process know-how, IT system and execution service. The core of the solution is a web-to-print solution with an integrated web shop, where all print materials can be selected, localized, individualized and ordered via a graphic editor. All components of an order are digitally printed, assembled as a package and delivered to the corresponding delivery address that can be stored in the system. New golf clubs, new print media or changes to the corporate design or layout can easily be stored in the system.
