Comparting focuses on business scenarios for customer communication in the cloud

Comparting on 18 and 19 November 2020: Virtual specialist conference for omnichannel communication for companies and public authorities focuses on business scenarios in the cloud

- Swisscom, VW and more: well-known companies report on their digitisation projects in customer communication
- Live demonstrations of DocBridge® solutions in Cloud and SaaS environments
- "Right in the middle of the digital future" - Live opening talk with the board and regional managers of Compart on the current market situation
On 18 November 2020 Comparting will open its virtual doors. For the first time in its 20-year history, the specialist congress for customer communication of companies, authorities and organisations will take place completely online.
Depending on the regions, the conference will be held over several days:
- Programme in German: 18 and 19 November 2020
- Programme in English: 2 and 3 December 2020
- Programme in French: 10 December 2020
Visitors can expect a mix of technology presentations, discussions, user reports and live demos from Europe and North America. The presentations reflect the range of modern customer communication and show innovative approaches and architectures for digital transformation in document and output management. VW, Ricoh, Federated Insurance and Broadridge (both USA), as well as Avaloq, among others, have agreed to speak at the event, reporting on current projects in their document and output management.
Swisscom is also on board. With the introduction of DocBridge® Impress and DocBridge® Pilot, the largest telecommunications service provider in Switzerland has set the basic course for high-level omnichannel communication. In concrete terms this means: a 3x higher performance in document preparation compared to the past, reduced IT maintenance costs by around 70 percent and the ability to output invoices and other documents in four languages "on demand" on all of today's common analogue (paper-based) and digital media.
Cloud scenarios for customer communication and classic output management
The multilingual conference will be kicked off by an opening round (Opening Talk) in which the board and regional managers will discuss the current market situation and explain where Compart has developed in recent years and what can be expected from the company in the near future. Topics such as cloud, input management, digital processing of incoming mail, document creation and automation will be discussed in the discussion, as well as output management with its classic characteristics.
Also on the agenda: exciting live demos and technology presentations from Compart. Various business scenarios in cloud environments will be shown, for example for document creation, as well as practical approaches for modelling and implementing an omnichannel communication system.
The presentations will show how Compart will accompany the business applications of companies and authorities into the "cloud" with the DocBridge® product family. In this context, Comparting will address a very current topic with "Packaged Business Capabilities". This is a new approach to the provision of software applications.
Sufficient networking is provided for at the congress. Among other things, a tool will be made available for participants to exchange ideas with other visitors during the breaks between the presentations and after the conference. Furthermore, all speakers will be available for questions in the live chat immediately after their presentations. Visitors can also arrange personal meetings with Compart's product experts.
