Emirati Company Breaking Through in the International Enterprise Software Market

Steve Boese, Conference Co-Chair with the CivilSoft Team CivilSoft, the leader in Human Capital Management applications in the Middle East, took its first global steps launching its applications to the international market at the biggest HR Technology show in the world, the HR Technology Conference and Expo.

The 18th edition of the HR Technology conference was held from the 18th to the 21st of October in the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas and drew a record of 4400 attendees. "Technology has become an essential component of every organization's business and people strategies, and The HR Technology Conference is the world's largest event that showcases how leading organizations are utilizing innovative technology solutions to solve their most pressing business challenges." said Conference Co-Chair Steve Boese.

CivilSoft was the only Middle Eastern company exhibiting at the show, and managed to gain huge traction among the international audience. "We are proud to be the first Emirati Company at the show and we are confident of the value we bring to the market," said Mohamed Nagdy, Founder and CEO of CivilSoft.

CivilSoft conducted live demos of its new and improved HCM suite and received great feedback from HR practitioners, consultants, and the analyst community, who deemed the product head-to-head with the world's most renowned HR software, and who praised the user experience and the creative approach to solving business problems. "I was delighted to meet CivilSoft and see their modern and fully-functional HCM, which obviously has many corporate clients in the Middle East but also from Morocco to Russia and maybe soon in the U.S.," said Bill Kutik, founding co-chair of the HR Technology Conference.

With several new offices in the pipeline, CivilSoft plans to solidify its presence in the international market and continue to expand across the Middle East.
